* Minimum Rental Period: The minimum rental period is 3 days. Rentals for fewer than 3 days will be charged at the minimum 3-day rate.
* Airport Delivery & Pickup: Airport delivery and/or pickup is available for an additional CLP $29,000.
* Delivery Schedule: We coordinate delivery according to your flight arrival time or your accommodation check-in.
* Clean & Sanitized Equipment: All equipment is professionally cleaned, sanitized and safety-checked before every rental.
* Subject to Availability: All reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed after we receive your booking request.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours before your delivery date to guarantee availability.Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only within the Santiago Metropolitan Region (RM). Delivery to Providencia is included in the base rate; deliveries to other communes have an additional cost, shown before you confirm your reservation.Are highway tolls (TAG) or airport pickup included?
No. Toll charges (TAG) and airport access fees are calculated separately and added to the delivery cost — you'll always see the final total, tolls included, before paying.What if the item is damaged during my rental?
A refundable security deposit is required and its amount is shown upfront at checkout, before you pay. Normal wear and tear is never charged. In case of actual damage, we'll show you a photo/evidence and the specific repair or replacement cost before any charge is applied.Can I extend my rental once in Santiago?
Yes, subject to availability — just message us before your scheduled return date to check.Do you deliver to the airport?
Yes, Arturo Merino Benítez Airport is within the RM and covered by our service, subject to the toll/access fee mentioned above.
